They were nice at first. I finished the car buying process and they brought the second key fob out to send me on my way and it didn’t work. I brought it to their attention and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Servicing my vehicle was delayed because of neglect to get it into a stall right away. After waiting for the completion of my vehicle's servicing I went out to the desk and found out that it had not been taken into a stall for servicing. Human error, tough we all make human errors. I was compensated and consoled by not having to pay for a major cost of the service. I was satisfied with that.

The service done on my jeep was great. They got it done in a reasonable timeframe while making it affordable.

Hello I was greet by Sam when I arrived. She quickly found my data in your system, asked me if I needed anything else and proceeded. I keep getting notices on my car carplay that I need to update the software. I do not know now how. Nevertheless Sam checked with others and could not find a Update. I still get the popup. Perhaps someday someone can tell me how to update the software, passwords, etc. For this time, the car was delivered on time, and everything was perfect. Thank you!

I had to bring my vehicle back in for the same check engines codes that came back on after the first first time I brought it in. After only driving about 40-50 miles both the 1st and 2nd time I had it in, the check engine light came back on for the same codes. Looks like it will have to go back in a 3rd time!

Samantha was professional and friendly. At my request she gave me a detailed estimate of each part to be worked on with pictures and the price. She also returned a call to my son to tell him about any part he questioned (this was late on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend). When the car was not ready as planned, she shuttled me to my dental appointment and then to the garage where I waited another hour for my car to be done. She easily took care of a late detail the next day.

Great staff! I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for any service/ a simple oil change.

I was charged for items. We're not used with my service. When I politely, I questioned them the assistant told me she doesn't make up the pricing and it's not her job to figure it out. I do not plan on returning.And I am also not recommending this service to anyone.

Samantha communicated my vehicle status via text message throughout the entire appointment which I appreciated. I also really enjoyed the video inspection from my technician, what a cool feature. My technician found and fixed) replaced a blown exhaust gasket which I really appreciated, as the driving experience is now smooth and quiet!

Price was more than what was quoted to me. Also when I got home I opened the hood and found that they forgot to put the cap back on the transmission fill tube. I found it setting on the battery. I was just lucky that it didn't fall off the battery on the way home.

brought car in for noise in front. I was told it was a loose(e broken) motor mount and paid $281 to fix it. Noise continued so back with car, now I am told it is missing screws in brakes and it will cost over $1000.

They did a great job, I paid less than I was quoted although the time I had to wait for completion ended up being over an hour longer than expected.

I was ready to let this thing go and move on, but you keep asking so I'll keep telling you. The experience was terrible in nearly every way. Zero follow up unless I called, long waits on hold, and incorrect diagnosis. I'm not convinced the shop is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill to work on the RAM 3500 Series trucks they're "certified" to work on.

They need better communication. I was left in the waiting room while Nate went on lunch break & no one told me my car was done.

I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership for an oil change. When I got there they had at least 3/4 cars still waiting for service. The guy came out and said it would be a wait. Said I would go to the Fast Lane for service and he seemed happy. Got there, got right in and right out. Barely got comfortable and they had it done. Very nice people at the Fast Lane. I will continue to go to the Fast Lane where I get great service.

Had a check engine light come on and Ryan was able to squeeze me in same day, tech diagnosed the issue, and fix the issue. Really appreciate the great customer service & support.

Horrible stay away!!! They don’t return calls, customer service is horrendous! Managers won’t call you back after you left a voicemail. I’m talking about weeks!!! Even when the answering machine says they will call back same day. It took me complaining to get them to do something which also meant having to consistently call and leave voicemails. I brought my truck in for service on a different day than my appointment. Nate was able to get me squeezed in. I appreciated the courtesy ride, so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership or pay for an Uber. The work was done the same day. There was good communication on what needed to be done and the cost.

Excellent service, quick, thorough, and very professional at reasonable prices. They are always very polite and accommodating of whatever your vehicle needs for services.

I got there at 730 to originally cancel an appointment at 930am since my husband found the issue (oil filter was not on tight enough) and it was time for a new oil change anyway so I asked if they could do it right then and he said yes. Well techs dont even get in until 8am and then it took until 930 to complete an oil change and your "check" that is usually done.... I should have been told that it would take that long. I would have gone somewhere else.

All of the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They all made sure I knew I could take the shuttle or get settled and work in the lounge area. Gave the 4/5 for Eau Claire Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram simply due to the higher costs of any dealership. Got the service and help I needed.

Great experience with Eau Claire Jeep. I was greeted by a friendly staff and provided transpiration to and from work during the service. This is a really good service department and I felt that they were working hard to make me a happy customer. Ryan Buck was super friendly and professional!

They did a great job keeping me in the loop about work on my Pacifica recall.

Since purchasing our vehicle it has been a good process this far. We came in for the first oil change and my car was filthy on the outside and they washed it up for me before picking it up the next day.

Friendly, courteous and respectful. I like how quick they respond and help with my service and go above others with a nice vehicle wash. All the staff is very friendly and nice.

Waited 2 hours to get my scheduled oil change done. The time before I waited an hour and a half. I won’t be going back do to oil changes taking that long when other places get it done faster. Had great customer service though

This place is terrible! Was without my car for 4 months, due to being lied to over and over again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I did not ask price of oil change before making appointment…..was,shocked at the bill. Whomever showed me where my car was…said,….it looks like they washed it for you too…..NO, I had just had it washed the day before.

Service was as expected. Disappointed that the prepurchased oil changes were not honored by the new ownership. You would think the liabilities would have been assumed and accounted for in the purchase.

Oil change was fine but greasy fingerprints were left on my dash from checking the cabin filter. I didn’t notice this until I was on the road heading home. I had to clean this up when I got home. This made the experience a bit disappointing. Was unable to give a 100 percent satisfied rating.

Secund appointment in a row that took over 2 hours for an oil change, poor communication regarding the delay. The technician on the previous visit lost the wheel lock to undue lug nuts. They gave the car a wash as an apology. I've lost faith in this dealership. General manager said they are working on it and are cleaning up old messeo at the expense of new customers.

I bought a 2025 Ram in August of 2025. This is the 2nd time that my vehicle had to be jumped and towed in. Yes.. but no re recommending. I've had my '24 Sahara in twice dealing with the radio having no sound, both times to do a diagnostic test in trying to evaluate the problem. The last trip was on Dec. 15 at which time they told me that replacements had been ordered and they'd contact me when received to schedule the next service. Since the first service date it's now been over a month and still no corrective action.
