I was very pleased on how well they handled the situation and corrected it. They were easy to deal with and would recommend them.
I had my vans rotors replaced about 11 months ago by this dealership and they recommended replacement again during last appointment. Did not guarantee their labor or parts. Additionally, recommended CV boot repair during my last maintenance and we didn’t do it and then during this most recent appointment didn’t mention the boot needing to be replaced but instead mentioned other parts needing to be replaced. Seems dishonest and inconsistent in recommendations

Terrible follow-up. Made it clear I needed my truck back in the morning. Didn't get it back until almost 2:00 in the afternoon. Begged my service rep for a reply for two hours via both voicemail and text. Ended up needing to go through the main switchboard to get a response, only to find out my truck had been done for a while and my service rep "had to go home". I can never say enough good about this dealership. Start to finish the communication is stellar, each person I encounter is professional, knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. Every service repair suggested or necessary is explained but I am never pressured to accept service I am unable or unwilling to accept at the moment.
The Service team has been a great help and got the vehicle taken care of quickly. Very friendly staff, and the shuttle team is amazing!
Service was good. Done in timely fashion and came out cheaper then I was quoted for service!

My truck was in for warranty work. They broke a plastic cover that covers the front camera. Never said a word to me til I asked about it. I had a 8 am appointment to check the warning lights out. 2 hrs later without hearing a word I check on the progress. They service guy goes oh I forgot to have it looked at. So a 15 minute appointment ended up taking 3 hrs. I wasnt happy at all
It took a very long time but staff was very nice and apologetic for the delay. Thank goodness for the shuttle service which was extremely helpful.
I bought a one year-old vehicle that has had problems from the start. The worst experience was when I drove three hours to have my front light repaired and after 15 minutes, they told me they had to order the part. I came back a week later driving three hours and waited in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours for the service manager to come out and tell me they ordered the wrong part. Brian is a shining star to One Automotive as a senior service advisor and Service Department Director. While no one wants to have expensive repairs, but Brian's smile and can-do attitude reduces the sting of repair bills, thanks Brian!
Communication with David was excellent had may truck repairs done fast and was able to get my on the road

I had my truck in for warranty work, and had to have it in multiple times, and they said I needed 6000 dollars worth of work, and I took it to another shop and none of what they says was wrong was actually wrong
I've written a number of reviews about this dealership. I've compared repairs quotes from the dealership to two separate independent shops in the area and it was far more cost effective to bring my vehicle here for repairs - thus we keep bringing all three of our vehicles here. We're treated fairly and they go above and beyond. I initially liked my 1st visit. They said they had to order parts and should take a week. I haven't heard from them since and it's been over a week.
Very friendly and helpful staff from sales to service. People make the difference and this dealer has good customer service.
Unorganized, lack of warrenty knowledge, forgetful, to many excuses, (employees out, not with the company any longer, oops we forgot that, only dealt with Samantha when I picked up my truck.
Great service from the dodge jeep ram Chrysler dealership. Fast and easy with little wait time.

Friendly staff. Short wait time and comfortable waiting area. This was for an oil change.
Overall, a good experience. The person working the Front Desk was new, but she herself was also a tech. When the oil change was performed, the wrong oil filter was used, and she was able to catch that mistake and correct it. On the one hand, I think it was a significant mistake to put the wrong oil filter in, but on the other hand, your person at the desk was great and I was very thankful to her.
Timely, kind and courteous staff. Clean area to wait in. Should have a car wash!

Service was good. There was a new guy working in the service department area. When he wasn't sure about the answer he went and asked somebody. That was great. Better than guessing and saying something that's not correct. The service advisor (Samantha) called after the car was looked at and gave me my options.

I had an 8:30 AM appointment two days ago and dropped the vehicle off the night before. I received no updates all day the day of the appointment and had to call at 4:30 PM, only to be told their tech had just started looking at it and it would take another day. It is a typical Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealer where you overpay, but know xxxx’s gonna’ work. Fobs without even a blank key are xx. And key cutting charges with no key? Whatevs..

Oil change like usual had no problems. It was great. I did have a problem with a tire going flat. It had a nail in it. However, your young crew looked at it said it was too close to the sidewall to fix so I needed a new tire, however I stopped into discount tires and lo and behold they fixed it. and low and behold they fixed it so I did not need a new tire And they charged me zero to do so!
No one followed up with the quote or why my camera no longer works. The shuttle was awesome!

Check engine light came on less than 3 months after purchasing our truck from the dealership. We had purchased a warranty at time of purchase so brought it in under the assumption repairs would be covered. Both my husband and I had to take a half say off work to drop the truck off because they apparently couldn't find a loaner vehicle and we live about 40 minutes from the dealership. Dropped truck off night before appointment, which was scheduled 2 weeks prior. Was told its a day and half job. Took 3 days to complete. Communication was sparse. I explained it was a work truck that was used daily and needed it back up and running asap. Service advisor just said they had lots of other cars to work on also,

For this repair on my 2019 Ram Limited I decided to compare the dealership quote for repairing the Hemi tick, to two other independent auto repair places. I was shocked at the difference. In fact, the first independent auto place bid was so high, I went to a second in town for a comparative bid for the same work. The bids were both $800 higher than the dealership bid. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced multiple issues. The head gasket replacement completed under warranty was significantly delayed after repeated denials that a problem existed. Following that repair, the vehicle continues to exhibit persistent issues consistent with transmission-related concerns, which I believe have been present since the time of purchase.
Although your service department has stated that no diagnostic trouble codes were found during inspection, I am able to retrieve codes independently, including an O2 sensor fault, for which I have documented proof.

I stopped in to the Express Lane for an oil change. Service was good and I was made aware of future items that need repair. The cost of the oil change is the highest I have had to pay. Not happy about the increase.
I was in and out and with my business that’s what I like they checked over everything on my vehicle

Your service department more than tripled the cost of parts and didn't address the issue. Instead they replaced other parts and didn't address the issue I brought it in with. They were able to assess the leak but waited until after the first repair to quote a new repair at over 7k. 6k in parts that I can buy for 1/5 the cost they quoted. Absolutely unacceptable the amount of price gouging your service team and writer practice. All platforms will get a review with data supporting this visit.
