I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership for an oil change. When I got there they had at least 3/4 cars still waiting for service. The guy came out and said it would be a wait. Said I would go to the Fast Lane for service and he seemed happy. Got there, got right in and right out. Barely got comfortable and they had it done. Very nice people at the Fast Lane. I will continue to go to the Fast Lane where I get great service.

Had a check engine light come on and Ryan was able to squeeze me in same day, tech diagnosed the issue, and fix the issue. Really appreciate the great customer service & support.

Horrible stay away!!! They don’t return calls, customer service is horrendous! Managers won’t call you back after you left a voicemail. I’m talking about weeks!!! Even when the answering machine says they will call back same day. It took me complaining to get them to do something which also meant having to consistently call and leave voicemails. Kept my car for almost a week and gave a rental but don’t have time to find the issue with your vehicle. so it just sits around. Mind you all the issues I have had is my VERY FIRST ...

I brought my truck in for service on a different day than my appointment. Nate was able to get me squeezed in. I appreciated the courtesy ride, so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership or pay for an Uber. The work was done the same day. There was good communication on what needed to be done and the cost.

Excellent service, quick, thorough, and very professional at reasonable prices. They are always very polite and accommodating of whatever your vehicle needs for services.

I got there at 730 to originally cancel an appointment at 930am since my husband found the issue (oil filter was not on tight enough) and it was time for a new oil change anyway so I asked if they could do it right then and he said yes. Well techs dont even get in until 8am and then it took until 930 to complete an oil change and your "check" that is usually done.... I should have been told that it would take that long. I would have gone somewhere else.

All of the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They all made sure I knew I could take the shuttle or get settled and work in the lounge area. Gave the 4/5 for Eau Claire Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram simply due to the higher costs of any dealership. Got the service and help I needed.

Great experience with Eau Claire Jeep. I was greeted by a friendly staff and provided transpiration to and from work during the service. This is a really good service department and I felt that they were working hard to make me a happy customer. Ryan Buck was super friendly and professional!

To make this short and sweet, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had to date.

The service manager was polite and courteous. But what was supposed to take a little over an hour for the whole appointment turned into a 3 hours. And when I questioned them what was taking so long they said they took my jeep back for "detailing". (Which it did not need, I had it washed the day before). So when I finally got it back I was disappointed in the detail job that supposedly took almost 2 extra hrs because they left lots of dirt and streaks everywhere. Since purchasing our vehicle it has been a good process this far. We came in for the first oil change and my car was filthy on the outside and they washed it up for me before picking it up the next day.

Waited 2 hours to get my scheduled oil change done. The time before I waited an hour and a half. I won’t be going back do to oil changes taking that long when other places get it done faster. Had great customer service though

I did not ask price of oil change before making appointment…..was,shocked at the bill. Whomever showed me where my car was…said,….it looks like they washed it for you too…..NO, I had just had it washed the day before.

Service was as expected. Disappointed that the prepurchased oil changes were not honored by the new ownership. You would think the liabilities would have been assumed and accounted for in the purchase.

Oil change was fine but greasy fingerprints were left on my dash from checking the cabin filter. I didn’t notice this until I was on the road heading home. I had to clean this up when I got home. This made the experience a bit disappointing. Was unable to give a 100 percent satisfied rating.

Secund appointment in a row that took over 2 hours for an oil change, poor communication regarding the delay. The technician on the previous visit lost the wheel lock to undue lug nuts. They gave the car a wash as an apology. I've lost faith in this dealership. General manager said they are working on it and are cleaning up old messeo at the expense of new customers.

I bought a 2025 Ram in August of 2025. This is the 2nd time that my vehicle had to be jumped and towed in. In November they just "charged the battery" and then Tuesday February 4th..they did the same thing and sent me on my way. I had 5 appointments that I had to cancel on Tuesday. I was not offered a loaner vehicle "because they did not have one available". I have to bring my vehicle back on Monday , the 17th to have a "draw down test" . Why is my battery going dead on a 2025 ...

Yes.. but no re recommending. I've had my '24 Sahara in twice dealing with the radio having no sound, both times to do a diagnostic test in trying to evaluate the problem. The last trip was on Dec. 15 at which time they told me that replacements had been ordered and they'd contact me when received to schedule the next service. Since the first service date it's now been over a month and still no corrective action.

Jeep was in for a routine oil change. I didn't hear from the service center, so after 5 hours I called them to find out what was going on. Was told the Jeep was done, but they had put a big scratch in the drivers door while putting it on the lift. I was promised they would take care of it, but so far 2+ weeks later I have heard nothing.

We bought our Jeep in 2021. We recently moved to Wisconsin and needed a new dealer. We bought an extended warranty. When we brought the Jeep in for service we mentioned the warranty. They said we needed to get a copy from the other dealer. We were able to do that finally, but when I told the service technician he said there is nothing they can do to help us because the service was all ready done. I took a car in to have the brakes replaced. The next day, my daughter drove the car and it made a loud grinding sound when braking. She was able to limp it back to the shop. The first advisor told her it was “normal” to have noise after a brake change, but thankfully my daughter insisted the noise wasn’t normal. Got an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check a tire for a leak. Never rotated my tires, went back in the next day to ask since the same tire was causing issues. They said they rotated them, they didn’t, found the leak, patched it and STILL didn’t rotate them. Asked them to put on new wipers and they put on the wrong size. 400 dollars later, not.worth.it.

The prices are too high. They charged me $15 for a technician to replace the battery in my key fob. I watched him and it took him less than 2 minutes. Other prices are not competitive with market. I plan to go elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Bought a vehicle that has been back to be (fixed)twice in the first week. Was told, used truck with miles on it, what did you expect. Wrote a check at a so called reputable dealer. Worst purchase of my life. Do not trust the vehicle, will lose thousands on this deal. Very disappointing!

Misdiagnosed the problem. Put a $1000 starter in and it still left us stranded. If they would have bench tested the starter they would have found it was good. We fixed it ourselves when we found a loose ground wire. Also did partially fix our steering wheel buttons, but didn't fix the Cruze control, which was mentioned from the beginning. Then tried to charge us to diagnose the Cruze problem the second time, when they should have done it to begin with. Not impressed, probably won't be back.
